Community Involvement

Every veteran deserves a second mission. Every kid deserves a first shot.

Veterans

Veterans arrive with the discipline, leadership and technical aptitude a working set runs on. We add the craft, the credit and the paycheck.

Youth

Young people arrive with talent and no way in. We give them a track, a working professional to learn from, and a first credit.

Both programs run through the SteelForge Arts Institute. Same tracks, same instructors, same path to a job. Free to every participant.

Volunteer

Volunteers and community members join as Production Guild crew, learning alongside participants on real projects, and help run the festivals: front of house, projection, hospitality, awards night.

Nucor teammates: festival volunteer hours can be logged in Benevity under SteelHorn Foundation.
